High-Performance Integrated Flight Control Computer

The integrated flight control computer integrates a combined navigation module, atmospheric and magnetometer sensors with the flight control module to realize flight control and combined navigation functions for lightweight UAVs, target drones, loitering munitions, and other unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The flight control module adopts an ARM+FPGA architecture, with the ARM having built-in double-precision floating-point arithmetic and the FPGA implementing interface expansion; the combined navigation module uses a high-precision MEMS gyroscope and accelerometer, a three-system satellite navigation receiver, and a high-performance navigation computer.

  • 6-channel RS422/RS232 software-configurable serial interface for interconnection with external avionics equipment;
  • 2-channel CAN bus for connecting servo controllers or other external devices;
  • 16-channel PWM servo control output interface for driving functional servos;
  • 4-channel discrete input and 8-channel discrete output interface for driving signal lights, relays, and other loads;
  • 8-channel analog input interface, including 2 channels supporting 4~20mA, 4 channels supporting 0~10V, and 2 channels supporting 0~40V input;
  • 1-channel SBUS receiver interface for remote control link;
  • 2-channel frequency acquisition interface for acquiring engine speed, wheel speed, and other signals;
  • High-precision IMU module with gyroscope zero-bias stability of 0.8°/h and accelerometer zero-bias stability of 20ug. Its high reliability and high precision characteristics enable accurate measurement of angular velocity and acceleration information of moving vehicles even in harsh environments.
  • High-precision satellite navigation receiver module capable of simultaneously tracking… Information from multiple frequencies including BDS, GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo. Single-point: horizontal ≤ 1.5 meters (RMS); elevation ≤ 2.5 meters (RMS); carrier differential: horizontal ≤ 0.1 meters (RMS); elevation ≤ 0.2 meters (RMS).
