Dual-Redundant Electric Servo
The dual-redundant electric servo is a fully sealed linear electric servo, employing an electrical dual-redundant and mechanical single-redundant configuration. The electrical dual-redundant configuration utilizes a dual-winding brushless motor and a dual-redundant LVDT linear position sensor/RVDT angular position sensor. The mechanical transmission employs a spur gear reducer with a ball screw linear output/mechanical output shaft. The dual-redundant brushless motor operates in a primary/standby mode and is equipped with a dual-redundant sine/cosine rotary transformer for FOC control of the dual-redundant brushless motor. It can be used for control surface control of medium and large-sized UAVs.
