Ultra-High Voltage Transmission Lines: “Machine Inspection + Intelligent Inspection”
The corridor is 520 kilometers long, traversing complex terrain including mountains, hills, and rivers. Traditional manual
inspections required 20 days of hiking per month, with each tower inspection taking 15 minutes, and posed problems such as high tower climbing risks and strong data subjectivity. Since 2024, the power company has adopted a “multi-machine collaboration + intelligent analysis” inspection model, deploying 6 industrial-grade drones equipped with high-definition visible light cameras, infrared thermal imagers, and lidar to achieve autonomous inspection of the entire line.
